How to prepare
OVEN - FOR BEST RESULTS
- Pre-Heat oven to 190°C (200°C conventional oven).
- Remove duck from pack and bake skin side up on a lined baking tray.
- Place in oven and heat for 15-20 mins.
- Remove from oven and rest for 2-3 mins.
Optional: Heat remaining juices from pouch separately. Pour over duck before serving.

MICROWAVE
- Using a fork, piece holes in pouch and microwave on HIGH for 3-3.5 minutes.
- Stand for 2-3 minutes before removing from microwave and serving.

AIR FRYER
- Place duck into air fryer basket, skin side up in a single layer only.
- Heat at 200°C for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and rest for 2-3 minutes.
