An excellent class and amazing value. Wendy was a fabulous teacher, showing us how to section duck to get the most out of it, and then we got to prepare stunning dishes that we sat down and shared. Highly recommend!

Great value too.

Love duck. Loved learning how many ways it can be cooked. I attended the 10 course Asian menu. We all learnt how to roast a duck & break down a carcass. Then each pair was responsible for 2 dishes- . Unfortunately 2 people didn’t attend so we made 8 courses.
The menu really demonstrated the versatility of the protein. Every course was delicious & generous. I would have liked to be involved watching or helping with each course to learn more hands on. I’d do this again for the feast alone!

— Tara

A little too many dishes. Better to focus on quality rather than quantity!

Loved this class. The instructor and her assistant were very well organised and structured the cooking session perfectly for the participants to be able to have dishes ready for dining together. Explanations of the skills required were informative and resulted in great learning for all. Discussions during instuctions, while cooking and during dining allowed for questions further supported learning.

What an awesome class! We have attended several classes now and this time we took friends from interstate. They absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back to visit so we can go again.
The newly renovated kitchen is a great space and we got to do several recipes per couple, we have since used the recipes at home and they’ve been successful! Can’t recommend luv a duck cooking classes enough. Carol and Joanne are absolutely awesome and really helpful with any questions that you have.

I will not single out anything. It is for anyone: for those who love cooking, or just want to have a great time, invest time with one’s partner, etc. it is a very good value for money. No need to mention the service, setting standards, quality of everything. I am booking another one!!
