Method

  • Pre-heat oven to 190°C.
  • Pat dry duck legs with a paper towel.
  • Prick the skin. 

  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place duck in a lined roasting tray. 
  • Roast the duck in oven for 90 minutes. 

  • Once cooked, cover with foil and rest for around 10 minutes.
  • Serve!
