With eight simple recipes, our group of amateur cooks impressed a restaurant full of foodie influencers.
One night in November 2018, we converted an inner Melbourne event space into Dux Kitchen, a one-night only pop-up restaurant hosted by celebrity chef, Adam D'Sylva.
A collection of Australian celebrities, as well as leading food and lifestyle bloggers, were treated to an 8 course duck inspired degustation. Towards the end of the evening Adam D'Sylva revealed to all the guests that whilst he had designed the menu, he hadn't actually cooked the dishes himself and that all the amazing dishes were prepared by amateurs with limited cooking experience to highlight just how simple it would be to create restaurant quality dishes at home.
