Luv-a-Duck recently had the pleasure of partnering with Commerce Ballarat to deliver the Mindshop Excellence program to five bright students from Phoenix P-12 Community College.
This program, supported by Commerce Ballarat B31 August Business Festival allowed students to see firsthand how businesses operate and to make a meaningful impact.
The dedication and insight these students demonstrated culminated in an impressive final presentation at the Ballarat Town Hall. We were truly amazed by both the quantity and quality of their work! One key takeaway for the students was the importance of teamwork. They gained valuable insights into the collaborative efforts required to successfully run a manufacturing facility.
We are grateful to the facilitators of the program, and look forward to supporting such enriching iniatives again in the future.
