Confit Duck Legs

A traditional French favourite, Luv-a-Duck’s Confit Duck Legs have been poached long and slow in its own juices. Simply heat and serve.

Oven - FOR THE BEST RESULTS 

1. Pre-heat oven to 190°C.

2. Remove duck from pack and bake skin side up on a lined tray for 15 minutes. *

3. Rest for 2 minutes before serving. 

 

MICROWAVE 

1. Remove label (do not peel or puncture the plastic film).

2. Microwave on HIGH for 3-3.5 minutes.*

3. Rest for 1 minute before serving.  

 

AIR FRYER 

1. Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C.

2. Remove duck from pack and bake skin side up for 10-12 minutes.*

3. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
