Slow cooked semi-deboned half duck with a roast flavor for easy carving including a breast, leg and a wing.
Oven : Preheat the oven to 190°C fan forced (200°C conventional). Remove duck from packaging and place onto a lightly oiled baking tray. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.* Remove from the oven, and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Air fryer: Remove duck from packaging and cook in air fryer for 12-15 minutes* at 200°C.
Microwave: Using a fork, pierce holes in the duck packet and microwave for 3-3.5 mins.
