How to prepare
OVEN - FOR BEST RESULTS
- Pre-heat oven to 190°C.
- Remove duck from pack and place skin side up on a lined baking tray or dish.
- Bake for 15 mins.*
- Allow to rest for 5 mins before serving.

MICROWAVE
- Remove outer label (do not peel off or puncture the plastic firm) and microwave on HIGH for 3½ mins.*
- Remove the tray from the microwave and allow to rest for 1 min. Peel off film and serve.

AIR FRYER
- Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C.
- Remove duck from pack and bake skin side up for 10-12 minutes.*
- Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
