How to prepare
OVEN - FOR BEST RESULTS
- Pre-Heat oven to 190°C (200°C conventional oven).
- Remove duck from pack and bake skin side up on a lined baking tray.
- Place in oven and heat for 15-20 mins.
- Remove from oven and rest for 2-3 mins.
Optional: Heat remaining juices from pouch separately. Pour over duck before serving.

MICROWAVE
- Remove outer label (do not peel off or puncture the plastic film).
- Place tray in microwave on HIGH for 3 mins.*
- Rest for 1 min before serving.

AIR FRYER
- Remove duck from pack and place in air fryer skin side up.
- Heat at 200°C for 12-15 mins.
- Remove and rest for 2 mins before serving.
