Whats in the Box
- 660g Roasted Peking Duck Breast
- 20 Chinese Pancakes (2 x 150g)
- 120g Hoisin Sauce
Simply Add
- Spring Onions
- Cucumber
- (both cut into 6cm lengths)
How to prepare your tasty pancakes
- Microwave duck breasts for 3½ minutes. Slice meat on the angle into 20 pieces.
- Slice spring onions and cucumber into 6cm thin pieces.
- Microwave each pancake pack for 1 minute*. Empty the hoisin sauce into a small dish.
- Arrange all items on a platter and let everyone wrap their own.

To Assemble
- Smear each warm pancake with a little Hoisin sauce.
- Add a slice of warm duck, some spring onion and cucumber.
- Roll up and enjoy your Luv-a-Duck Peking Duck Pancake.
