How to prepare
Oven
- Preheat the oven to 190°C fan forced (200°C conventional).
- Remove duck from packaging and place onto a lightly oiled baking tray.
- Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.*
- Remove from the oven, and rest for 5 minutes before serving
*Cooking times are a guide only and may vary depending on your appliance.
Air fryer
Remove duck from packaging and cook in air fryer for 12-15 minutes* at 200°C.
Microwave
Using a fork, pierce holes in the duck packet and microwave for 3-3.5 mins.
