2 packs x 500g Luv-a-Duck Confit Duck Legs
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1inch ginger, finely grated
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Chinese rice wine
2 Tbsp brown sugar
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1 red chilli, thinly sliced
½ cup coriander leaves.
