4 ¼ Tbsp (85g) Luv-a-Duck Duck Fat
2 ¼ cups plain flour
4 ¼ Tbsp (85g) chilled butter, chopped
2 egg yolks
3-4 Tbsp iced water
Filling
2 ½ cups pecans, half roughly chopped, half kept whole
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
4 Tbsp butter, melted
¾ cup golden syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
