Portuguese Duck Tacos

Ingredients

2 x Luv-a-Duck Ready Roasted Duck Legs
1 x bottle Nando’s peri peri hot sauce
1 x packet mini tortilla wraps
2 x tomatoes
1 x avocado
1 x bunch coriander
1 x Iceberg lettuce
1 x lime

  • Chefs knife
  • Dessertspoon

  • Serving plates

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and roast the duck legs for 20 minutes.
  2. Once the duck legs are roasted, shred the meat and season with peri peri sauce to taste.
  3. Finely dice the tomatoes and roughly chop a handful or coriander. Drizzle with half a lime
    and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mash the avocado with lime juice and salt and pepper.
  5. Finely slice the lettuce and set aside.
  6. To assemble the taco, place a small amount of the pulled duck meat, followed by the
    tomato salsa, guacamole and lettuce.
